How to use our Click & Collect service
Place your order online by going on the “Click & Collect” web page and filling out the order form. Complete the available steps from the form and click on submit. Once your order is submitted you will receive an email with your voucher (containing your exclusive rates) attached. Present your voucher to our staff on the counter by the expiry date and you will be presented with your exclusive exchange rate.
I have not received my confirmation email after placing my order online
In the very unlikely event that this may happen, please check your spam/junk email. You could add to your sender’s list to make sure that you will receive all communications from us.
What are your branch opening time?
Our branch opening times are Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM.

However, collections for our exclusive Click & Collect service can only be made on Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Order may be placed any time through our website.

From where can I collect my currencies?
Currencies can be collected from HNB FX, 55 Edgware Road, London, W2 2HZ.
Shall I bring with me anything when collecting my currency?
Depending on the amount that you ordered and whether you are paying cash or using a debit/card we require different proof of identity and proof of address documents.

When using our Click & Collect service please bring the following documents:

- Your voucher
- Photographic ID e.g. driving licence or passport

Can someone else collect my currency?
Yes, anyone can collect your currency.
What are the limits on your Click & Collect service?
The minimum order that you can place using our Click & Collect service is £1 and the maximum order that you can place online is £3000.
Which debit/credit cards do you accept?
All major debit/credit cards are accepted. We accept card payments by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. All card payment transactions will appear on your bank statement under HNB FX.
Why do you collect my email and telephone number?
We may need to contact you regarding your order. All personal information will be dealt with in a secure and confidential manner and they will not be shared with any third party companies.

Can I make payment by Bank Transfer?
No, unfortunately we do not accept bank transfers at the moment.
