This section sets out the terms and conditions under which HNB FX, a trade name of Farali Enterprise Ltd operates.
- Agreement
1.1 The services for the provision of foreign currency is provided by HNB FX, a trading name of Farali Enterprise Ltd. We are registered in England and Wales under registration number 04864089, and our registered office is at 19 Seymour Place, London, W1H 5BG, United Kingdom. Our principal place of business is at 55 Edgware Road, London, W2 2HZ, United Kingdom (“HNB FX” or “Farali Enterprise Ltd” or “we” or “us” or “our”).
1.2 “you” or “your” means the person agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2.1 This website, www.hnbfx.co.uk or www.hnbforeignexchange.co.uk (“Website”), is operated by HNB FX, a trading name of Farali Enterprise Ltd. Access to this website is only provided in accordance with HNB FX Website Terms and Conditions (www.hnbfx.co.uk/website-terms-and-condition-of-use) and Privacy and Cookies Policy (www.hnbfx.co.uk/privacy-and-cookies-policy). If you do not accept the Website Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy and Cookies Policy please refrain from using this website immediately.
- User of Service
3.1 The Service is only available to individuals aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Our Click & Collect and Buy Back services is only available at our principal place of business at 55 Edgware Road, London, W2 2HZ, United Kingdom.
3.3 Our services can only be used to order currency for either holiday or business travel and not for investment or any other purposes.
3.4 By placing an order from us, you confirm that you have read and understood our terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3.5 The service is subject to availability of the currency and is only available for currencies that are listed from time to time on our website. Availability of the currency may be subjects to further limits, restrictions and to customers complying with applicable laws and regulations (including but not exclusive to anti-money laundering or counter-terrorist legislations.
3.6 We reserve the right to decline and cancel orders without providing a reason. If payment is already been made by customers, refunds will be issued appropriately.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not understand the terms and conditions or do not agree to them, do not place an order with us. Placing an order with us indicates your acceptance of these terms
4.1 Click & Collect service
By reading this service you agree that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined. If you place an order with us using the Click & Collect service, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.
4.1.1 General
(a) This service is only available at HNB FX operating at 55 Edgware Road, London, W2 2HZ.
(b) This service can be used by anyone.
(c) To be able to use this service a voucher must be presented at the time of collecting your currency.
(d) As part of the Click & Collect service, you can place an order of your currency on our website and collect it at our branch. Payment can only be made upon collection.
(e) Online rates can differ from branch rates. If in the rare occasion the rate at the time of collection is in your favour, we will honour the branch rate.
(f) Currency is subject to availability.
(g) You may cancel your order at any time prior to collection. This can be done by calling us or emailing us using the contact details provided on the website.
4.1.2 Collection
(a) Collection of the currency is subject to our opening times. Details of the opening times of our branch can be obtained on the website.
(b) For us to comply with the anti-money laundering legislation and other legal obligations, we reserve the right to make a copy of the identification document(s) provided at the time of collection.
(c) If you fail to collect your order by the next working day, your order will be cancelled. However, you may place another order through our website.
(d) We aim to have sufficient stocks of the currency at all times, however there might be occasions where we might not be able to offer you the exact amount or dominations required.
(e) The voucher is not assigned to a person. Any person can make use of the online voucher and use the discounted rate.
4.1.3 Voucher
(a) Please note that our Click & Collect service is not a pre-order service (currency is subject to availability at the branch). HNB FX Click & Collect is a voucher redemption service, where obtaining a voucher online entitles the holder to a discounted exchange rate at our HNB FX branch for a limited amount of time.
(b) The voucher can be obtained through the Click & Collect web page (https://www.hnbfx.co.uk/click-and-collect/) by filling in the voucher generating form. Voucher must be presented to the staff at HNB FX at the time of collection.
(c) All vouchers will be valid until the expiry date and expiry time displayed on the voucher.
(d) Your rate may vary slightly to that which is printed on the voucher.
(e) If you turn up at the branch without the voucher you might be given a slightly different exchange rate.
(f) The rates shown on the voucher are indicative only and might be slightly different from the rate offered at the branch. Rates change according to the Foreign Exchange markets but we will always do our best to provide the most competitive rates possible.
4.1.4. Payment, Fees and Charges
(a) Payment can only be made in one of the following two ways: (1) by debit/credit card, we accept all major cards including but not exclusive to Visa®, MasterCard® and Maestro (2) cash over the counter.
(b) Payment is only taken at the time of currency collection. Payment cannot be made online or in advance.
(c) For high transaction value, we will require a proof of a source of funds such as bank statements.
(d) When you are making the transaction you agree that you are:
(1) acting on your own behalf
(2) funds are legally yours
(3) funds have not been obtained by illegal means
(e) There is no commission for using this service.
(f) There is no payment fees for using this service.
(g) If payment for your currency is made using debit/credit card there might be a purchase fee levied by your card issuer. This charge is not made by us and we have no liability for these charges. For further information contact your card issuer.
4.1.5 Proof of identity
(a) If payment will be made by debit/credit card a proof of identification is required.
(b) Acceptable proof of identity include: Passport, Current UK / EU driving licence or EU ID card with photo.
(c) For purchases of high transactional value, a proof of identity and a proof of address is needed. Proof of address may include: a recent utility bill (electricity, gas, water or landline), a recent Council Tax bill, or a recent building society /bank statement. The document would need to be dated within the last 3 months.
4.1.6 Limits and restrictions
(b) There is a maximum purchase limit of £3000 for this service.
4.2 Buy Back service
By reading this service you agree that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined. If you place an order with us using the Buy Back service, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.
(a) This service is available at HNB FX operating at 55 Edgware Road, London, W2 2HZ.
(b) As part of the Buy Back service, you can place an order on our website and collect it at the branch, or visit us directly at the branch.
(c) To receive preferential rates the original purchase receipt needs to be provided.
(d) Payment can only be made at our branch. Online rates may differ from branch rates. If in the rare occasion the rate at the time of collection is in your favour, we will honour the branch rate.
(e) There is no commission for using this service.
(f) There is no payment fees for using this service.
(g) You may cancel your order at any time prior to collection. This can be done by calling us or emailing us using the contact details provided on the website.
(h) Collection of the order is subject to our opening times. Details of the opening times of our branch can be obtained from the website.
(i) If you fail to collect your order by the next working day, your order will be cancelled. However, you may place another order through our website.
(j) There might be occasions where we might not be able to offer you the exact domination required.
(k) For high transaction value orders, a proof of identity and a proof of address is needed. Acceptable proof of identity include: Passport, Current UK / EU driving licence or EU ID card with photo. Proof of address may include: a recent utility bill (electricity, gas, water or landline), a recent Council Tax bill, or a recent building society /bank statement. The document would need to be dated within the last 3 months. Moreover, we may require a proof of source of funds such as bank statements.

- Anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and counter-terrorism financing
5.1 We are an HMRC registered Money Service Business (MSB). We have a legal obligation to report to the appropriate authorities any suspicions or / and high value transactions without further reference.
5.2 We may decline or cancel any order, at any stage, which we believe, contravene our obligations under the appropriate Legislation /Regulation.
